You get paid per project. Fairly. Up front about the number, no games, no "exposure," no three rounds of free work "just to see." Defined work, defined fee, done.

Let's be straight about the money.

We set the price with the client and we keep a margin. That's how we eat, and we're not going to pretend otherwise or dress it up. Here's what that margin actually buys you: everything you don't want to do. Finding the client. Winning the work. Setting the strategy. Managing the relationship. Making sure the check clears. We go land work that neither of us gets alone, and we both make money on it. That's the whole deal. It's fair, and we'll never lie to you about it.

If an agency won't tell you plainly how the money works, that should tell you something. We just did.

This is bigger than a gig.

We're not building a freelancer list to spam when we need cheap hands. We're building a real group of creative people who are good at what they do and sick of doing it alone. People who make each other better instead of grinding in isolation, undercharging, and burning out.

Every town and city we are in is full of talent nobody's organized and nobody's championing. Good people who leave, or stay and struggle to get seen. We want to be the thing they plug into so that stops happening. That's the point of this. Not a roster. A community that actually goes somewhere.
